When an Emmy-winning journalist and a celebrity plastic surgeon become the power couple next door, they must scramble to keep up with friends, loved ones, and even their own patients! On this episode, Cathleen shoots the pilot for her own talk show, Chic Chat! Dr. Jones has a patient that thinks she looks like Sponge Bob, but she just wants to look good in round pants! But how will Cathleen react, when Dr. Jones decides that Lexington Plastic Surgeons needs to launch a search for the "Ideal Butt Model"...?
