Julius Jones was a 19-year-old student-athlete with a promising future, who was attending the University of Oklahoma on an academic scholarship. Now at 41 years old, Julius has spent 22 years in an Oklahoma prison on death row. As of September 2021 Julius' execution date has been set. Julius' case is like many we've seen in the United States Justice system, where not enough evidence was provided to convict Jones. Our hosts Tamika D. Mallory and Mysonne "The General" sit down with members and leaders of "The Julius Jones Coalition," Cece Jones-Davis, Jimmy Lawson, and Irv Roland to discuss Julius' conviction.
