Life Reflecting focuses on stories told by three individuals, reflecting back on very different challenges in their lives. Even though the characters never meet, their stories are intertwined over more than a decade, tied together as their lives crossed in surprising ways. The three characters share perseverance and a commitment to help others by drawing on their life experiences. By mirroring their own traumas, they are able to bring about catharses in others.
