I Only Miss You When I'm Breathing

Nora and Warren enter their son's bedroom for the first time since his death in a school shooting. They remember Brandon making music, and Nora plays Brandon’s last voicemail. Nora asks Warren to help her buy storage bins for Brandon’s things. “Are they big enough to put in the house, the front and backyard? The sidewalk where I taught him how to ride his bike?” Warren asks. While shopping, Nora sees a friend who's sad his dog died. She hurries home, spots a soccer ball in the yard, puts it inside a storage container, and sobs as Warren watches, paralyzed.
