Alicia Guevara is the first woman, first black woman, and first hispanic woman to lead BBBSNYC. Guevara is a passionate youth mentor and works hard to be a good example for the children in her life. She believes positive mentors and youth engagement is the key to success in a young person’s life. Guevara is part of the first female graduating classes at Barnard University and is a graduate of Columbia University with an executive education certificate from the Columbia Business School.
