In a whirlwind week, Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all charges in the death of George Floyd, a young girl Ma’Khia Bryant was shot by police, funerals were held for both DMX and Daunte Wright and Republican lawmakers are introducing new legislation against protestors.

Tezlyn Figaro joins Tamika and Mysonne about how polarizing it was to go from celebrating the guilty verdict of Derek Chauvin to mourning the death of Ma’Khia Bryant just a few hours apart. They also discuss new legislation being drafted by Republican lawmakers who are attempting to advance a number of new anti-protest measures at the state level — including multiple bills that specifically make it easier for drivers to run down protesters.
