The iWoman International Film Festival, hosted by iWomanTV & APX Capital Group, will showcase films written, director and/or produced by women!
We are proud to invite you to be a part of our first ever International Film Festival! This year’s theme is “Through Her Lens.”
Join us as we celebrate the female trailblazers of past & present and work together to rewrite the future for women in television & film.
In 2021, women made up of 12% of directors working on top-grossing films. Only 6% of all cinematographers in the top 250 top grossing films are women.

The iWoman Film Festival is supporting all things female to help move the needle forward for women by hosting a film festival in the heart of New York City this fall!

Cathleen Trigg-Jones
iWomanTV was founded in 2019 by Emmy Award winning journalist, producer, and actress Cathleen Trigg-Jones. iWoman is revolutionizing the streaming video marketplace through the creation and aggregation of content that directly addresses the underrepresentation of women in film and television. iWomanTV was born out of the belief that magic happens when women collaborate.
With more than 25-years of experience in the media, Cathleen is leveraging her skills in front of and behind the camera and is now harnessing all of her skills to empower women everywhere by launching iWomanTV.
According to Trigg-Jones, “iWomanTV is not just another network, it is a movement to change the trajectory for women and girls by focusing on their portrayal within television and film; by owning our stories and pushing for greater representation in front of, and behind the camera.”
